What happens when I move in?

You will be able to collect your keys and move into your new house from the first day of your tenancy - on a day that suits you (so long as we are available).

We will meet you at the property at a mutually convenient time. Experience has shown that our tenants wish to physically move in anytime between the first day of the tenancy up to just before the beginning of the first semester - it's up to you!

We will show you around the house and provide a welcome pack together with a folder of the operating instructions of anything that we provide, enabling you to quickly settle into your new home.
