What happens at the end of the tenancy?
We will be in contact with you prior to the end of the tenancy and provide you with details as to what you are required to do.
Basically, at the end of the tenancy, we would expect that the property is left in the same condition as when you moved in. The inventory and the USB stick containing photographs and a video that was supplied at the start of your tenancy will help you at this stage.
Fair wear and tear is of course allowed.
