How often do I have to pay the rent?

Rent will be payable in advance on a monthly basis.
​
The first payment will be collected on the first day of the tenancy and subsequent rent payments will be collected by direct debit on the first day of each calendar month, via GoCardless Ltd.
​
You will be notified before each payment is due. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or a bank holiday payment will be taken on the next working day.
A separate receipt will be issued for your records for each payment received.
