Are bills included in the rent?
Yes.
Our property is fully inclusive of gas, electric, water, sewerage, TV licence and broadband.
The energy usage is subject to the application of a Fair Usage Policy. The maximum energy usage allowed per annum for the property is set at £3,000.00 (for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years).
Our internet provider is Landlord Broadband providing commercial grade Wi-Fi for student accommodation, backed by a 24/7/365 tenant support service.
