Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a £300.00 deposit from each tenant.
​
At the stage you decide that you would like to rent one of our properties you will need to pay a £100.00 holding deposit.
​
We will then undertake various credit and employment reference checks in respect of your nominated Guarantor.
​
You will then need to pay the balance of £200.00 at the stage the Tenancy Agreement is signed.
​
Your full deposit will be protected by a Government Tenancy Approved Deposit Protection Scheme within 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the Housing Act 2004. We use the Deposit Protection Service (Custodial Scheme).
​
Your deposit will be returned at the end of your tenancy, subject to the house being left in a satisfactory condition.
